DeClutter Accountability Groups

By joining a DeClutter Accountability Group, you'll work at your pace, in your space, steadily making progress on what’s important to you. The groups are structured to provide professional coaching, confidential support and accountability for 6 weeks. You 'll be part of a community of like-minded people, all working towards individual decluttering goals, while learning and sharing experiences. We also celebrate milestones along the way.

These groups are specifically designed for anyone who is:

  • Diagnosed with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD or chronic disorganisation
  • Keen to learn how to work with – rather than against - one's mental health conditions
  • Prepared to take action and start decluttering areas of the home
  • Feeling overwhelmed and unsure where or how to commence
  • Struggling to set up or maintain routines
  • Procrastinating because it all seems too hard
  • Seeking accountability

How the groups work:

PLANNING STAGE - a personal coaching call where together we:

  • identify your realistic organising goals
  • gain clarity around how to work with your mental health conditions
  • learn how to manage your time during the group sessions and
  • discuss expectations of group

DISCUSSION STAGE - group accountability calls (weekly)

Come to the group prepared to:

  • review your previous weeks commitments
  • set your weekly decluttering intentions
  • ask for and receive accountability from group
  • explore how decluttering may impact your mental health
  • learn decluttering and organising techniques
  • celebrate all successes

ACTION/DOING STAGE - optional declutter blitzes

  • telephone accountability using the pomodoro technique
  • dedicated blocks of time each week
  • you take action and declutter based on weekly accountability
  • this is where you start to see real results
